We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Agricultural and Equine Facility Worker to support the daily operation and maintenance of our horse breeding and farming facilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and maintaining grassland, pastures, and agricultural land. Operating tractors, wheel loaders, and other agricultural machinery safely and efficiently. Carrying out routine maintenance, servicing, and basic repairs on agricultural equipment and machinery. Monitoring, repairing, and maintaining fences, paddocks, and pasture infrastructure. Assisting with hay and forage production, including harvesting, transport, and storage. Maintaining farm buildings, stables, storage facilities, and outdoor areas. Performing general repair and maintenance work across the property. Supporting the management and upkeep of horse facilities, turnout areas, and paddocks. Assisting with seasonal agricultural activities and land management projects. Ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with farm operational standards. Working independently while also cooperating closely with the farm and equine management team.

This is a practical, hands-on position requiring a strong work ethic, technical aptitude, and a willingness to work outdoors in all seasons. The role offers a varied working environment across agriculture, horse breeding, land management, machinery operation, and facility maintenance

Valid driver's license (tractor license preferred) Experience with tractors, wheel loaders, and agricultural machinery Ability to work independently Physically fit and willing to work outdoors year-round Reliable, responsible, and hands-on attitude Experience in agriculture, horse breeding, or a related field preferred

A fully furnished apartment is provided and is generally intended for single occupancy. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, television, kitchen equipment, dishes, bed linen, and all essential household items required for comfortable living. The accommodation is located on or near the property, providing convenient access to the workplace.
