We are looking for a motivated and reliable Yard Groom to join our small, family-run polo yard. The role involves all aspects of daily horse care, including feeding, mucking out, grooming, turning out, bringing in, and maintaining high standards around the yard.
You will work with a varied group of horses, including polo ponies, breakers, and young stock. Weekend tournament travel is required during the season.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, confident handling horses, and enjoy working as part of a friendly small team. Previous equine experience is essential.
A full driving licence is essential, as the successful candidate may be required to drive the work jeep and assist with travel to tournaments. A HGV licence would be a huge advantage, but is not essential.
Accommodation may be available for the right candidate.

Horses are managed in a friendly, professional environment with excellent daily care. Facilities include stabling, turnout paddocks, schooling areas, and access to the local polo club. We travel to polo tournaments at weekends, providing opportunities to be involved in the sport and gain valuable experience at competitions.
