We are a private family yard based in County Wicklow, Ireland, looking for a reliable, capable and horse-savvy person to join us for the summer months. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with ponies and supervising teenage riders in a structured, supportive environment.

The Role: • Daily pony care and yard duties (mucking out, feeding, turnout) • Supervising teenage riders • Lunging ponies and ensuring correct work • Assisting with show preparation (grooming, plaiting, turnout) • General yard organisation and upkeep

The Ideal Candidate: • Strong horse knowledge essential • Confident supervising and correcting riders • Organised, sensible and takes pride in their work • Good with teenagers – calm, encouraging and responsible • Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a small team • Ability to ride is an advantage but not essential
