3. FLAT RIDER FOR ELITE SHOW JUMPING STABLE

🌍 Location: • Summer Base: Italy & The Netherlands • Winter Base: Saudi Arabia & UAE

📌 About the Role: This is a specialized flat riding role within an elite show jumping operation. Your focus will be on schooling, conditioning, and maintaining the daily fitness of performance horses—from young prospects to Grand Prix competitors.

🎯 Key Responsibilities: • Daily flatwork and training rides (not jumping) • Fitness, suppling, and rhythm-focused schooling • Supporting warm-up and cool-down before/after rides • Liaising with riders, vets, and grooms for each horse’s needs • Occasionally support with young or green horses

✅ Ideal Profile: • Experienced flat rider for sport horses (5+ years preferred) • Strong feel, balance, and professional equitation • Quiet, consistent rider with excellent horse communication • Flexible, discreet, and collaborative in team settings • Fluent or basic English required • Willing to travel and commit long-term
