Professional private dressage stable in Northern Italy is looking for a dressage rider and instructor to join and help develop a growing program. We are looking for a rider with a solid classical dressage background who enjoys working with both horses and riders, and who is interested in becoming part of a long-term project. The stable includes motivated riders competing regularly, with some students competing at national and international level. The role focuses on correct training, developing young horses, and helping riders progress in their competition goals. Responsibilities

• Riding and training dressage horses, including young horses
• Giving lessons to riders competing at national and international level
• Supporting correct dressage basics and training progression
• Assisting with daily stable organization and management
• Helping structure and grow the dressage program Profile
