SPAIN, Costa del Sol (Malaga): Junior Dressage Rider position available at German Private Dressage Yard

• 5,5 working days with eight hour day schedule, 2 holidays per months
• very nice individual room in 100 sqm flat (3 persons in total)

• training by one of our senior riders
• participation in cliniques with external trainers
• participation in competitions according to qualification

The work:

• riding horses of all levels of training up to GP, including support in breaking in well educated youngsters
• jumping gymnastics and specific hill training, Horse Body Forming
• typical stable works
• training working students
• participation in dressage competitions subject to qualification

We expect:

• deep love and respect for horses
• ** very good dressage skills without help** (German level "L" or FEI 3rd level) and capability to !correctly! train the horses according to scale of training (independent seat, achieve balance and straightness)
• aim to improve the own riding further up to top level in classical dressage
• interest in biomechanics
• team player with good social skills
• minimum age 21
• driving license required
• experience with stallions is of advantage
• fluent English or German
• EU passport (or existing valid EU work permit) is a MUST
