Radnage House Stables is a busy livery, competition and rehabilitation yard set in the heart of the Chiltern hills. We provide part and full livery and deliver top class care for the horses stabled with us. From International horses through to rehab horses, the wide range of duties means that no 2 days are ever the same!

This is a a great opportunity for a responsible person to work in a beautiful environment with a dedicated team. Our requirements for this role include all normal yard duties (feeding, turn out, bring in, mucking out, filling hay nets, water drinkers and sweeping), but we also value specialist skills such as rehab / nursing skills, 3.5T driver, riding expertise, HGV , teaching qualifications, client management, teaching our students, and schooling competition horses. We operate as a team so the business needs are shared according to skill. We can use all of the above skills and experience but the right candidate doesnt need to be expert at them all! The right person will share our ethos and passion and have a can do problem solving attitude. The well being of our horses is paramount so the successful applicants must genuinely care about the horses, have strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, client management, and enjoying handling a wide variety of horses including riding club and competition horses. An added bonus would be the ability to drive the tractor, do some land management (harrowing, water trough filling, mend fences ect) in order to keep a tidy ship. There is riding available depending on level of experience, rehabilitation training and competition grooming at both National and International competitions for the right applicant. We are looking for a fun, willing person who will fit in with our team, and successful business. You will require a good sense of humour, be reliable and responsible. Hours and days are flexible. There is modern clean live in accommodation (flat) on site for the right person.

Flexibility is key, as we often have other activities going on. For example, the yard has photo shoots (both equine and fashion based) and acts as a filming location so there always lots of activity. We also hold regular vet and physio clinics, training days and courses.

Yard is located in the beautiful chiltern hills in a pretty village. Additional shops and facilities (Tesco Express, Post office, Pubs, Fish and chips, Bank, Chemist, Library etc) in next door village.
