We are looking for somebody who wants to work with horses who understands horses and who loves horses. We want somebody who understands the relationship between a person and a horse. We want somebody who can operate on the horses terms, but at the same time understand that it's a fight or flight animal that requires sensitivity and the creation of trust. We want somebody who is deeply serious about the business of forces and who does not regard it as a hobby or an affirmation exercise who wants somebody who works very hard who likes to get up early and who likes physical connection with horses and the land.
