We are searching for a full time groom to join our team in a beautiful family yard with outstanding facilities, 15mins from Marlborough. This is a lovely, straightforward role looking after a selection of horses and ponies, ranging from foals at foot to retired showjumpers. Applicants need experience as follows -

• Handling youngsters (foals to 4yr olds)
• Managing a yard (liaising with Family PA on any orders/requirements)
• Field management (rotating, rolling, harrowing etc)
• Care of older ponies (retired children's ponies)
• Organising vets, farriers and any other care the horses require
• All day to day care of horses and ponies (mucking out/hay/poo picking etc)

Ideally we would like someone who is happy to do some light riding (occasional hacking) but this isn't a deal breaker as it is all about finding the right person who is looking for a new, long term role. This role could be Monday to Friday for the right applicant

We would prefer live out but there is a studio flat available on site for the right applicant
