Chigwell Riding Trust is looking for a new Assistant Manager / Head Coach.
This is a great opportunity for the right person.
We are looking for a person who has either their BHSII or is an experienced AI.
At times you will have to take sole charge of the yard.
You would be coaching a wide range of riders from those with profound problems right up to Para level and teaching able bodied volunteers too.
You will be required to school the horses regularly and have the opportunity for regular lessons yourself.
All usual yard duties would have to be undertaken.
Good people skills are essential for this specialised field.
We are a happy, friendly yard and the successful candidate needs to be enthusiastic and able to motivate others as we are volunteer based.
Previous experience working with people with disabilities or special needs would be an advantage but training would be given if you are new to this field.
Own car needed. D.B.S. at enhanced level required.
It will be a 45 hour week, working Tuesday to Saturday inclusive.
