First riders position Amazing opportunity for the right person this is not a trainee role .

This is a full time position for a motivated individual to join a supportive & fun team with an incredible yard of horses young & experienced to partner with! We are at a shows most weeks and have goals to source and sell horses of better and better quality. You will be given amazing opportunities we are happy to pay for external training Full time; 5 full days 1 x half days a week . Flexible weekends depending on Clients. Most Sundays off depending on shows and Clients.

Hgv would be a massive bonus if not we could look at putting you through your HGV .

We do need someone who wants to be here, and understands the goals of the buisness, someone that genuinely loves horses is essential. You will be happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, helping clients too. Some days are early starts for shows and late finishes so, must be happy to be flexible to benefit the end goal. You will be riding from green babies to top end GP horses and the in betweens allrounders etc too. Sometimes we will be XC schooling also.

We are looking for someone that loves to improve horses and add to their skill set. You must have established flat work . We are looking for someone with experience jumping upto 130m or definitely fox and maybe the person has only done Eventing then up to novice would be good .And ideally experienced on different types of horses of all levels of experience. Someone that is brave and forward thinking.

We offer a great salary + commission from most horses sold. 8:30-5pm Petersfield, Hampshire We can look into providing accommodation too

Grooms on hand to help tack up and wash off when possible, to help with efficiency.
