** Centre Manager – Gaddesden Place RDA Centre ** Are you an experienced equestrian coach with strong leadership skills? Gaddesden Place RDA Centre is looking for a dedicated Centre Manager to join our friendly team and help shape the future of our much-loved charity. About Us For over fifty years, Gaddesden Place RDA has provided therapeutic riding and equine activities to individuals with a wide range of disabilities. Supported by a committed team of staff, trustees and over forty volunteers, we offer a warm, inclusive environment where horses change lives every day.

As Centre Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running and long-term sustainability of our Centre, including:

• Day-to-day business management working closely with the Operations Manager
• Supporting staff and volunteers, leading training and coaching sessions
• Working closely with the Yard Manager to ensure outstanding horse welfare
• Overseeing health & safety and compliance
• Helping us grow, develop, and maintain excellent relationships across our community What We Are Looking For
• Experienced equestrian coach -BHS qualifications essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of yard management and horse welfare
• Confident with budgets, reporting and Microsoft Office
• Passionate about inclusive equestrianism and working with volunteers
• Willing to train to become a RDA Group Coach Why Join Us?
