A beautiful, high-end livery and dressage yard close to London is looking for a groom to join our friendly and professional team.

The role includes all standard yard duties with the daily care of approximately 5–6 horses. We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards of care and attention to detail, with a strong focus on keeping the yard clean, organised, and presented to a premium standard.

The ideal candidate will be a confident rider. Riding responsibilities primarily include exercising, lunging, and some schooling.

You will work with a varied range of horses, from fit, competition-level dressage horses and eventers to hacking horses. The yard is also home to a number of well-mannered stallions.

Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with both the team and liveries. This is an efficient yet relaxed yard, so a positive attitude and team fit are key.
