Long established (30yrs) Family run Riding Centre Pony Club Centre - looking for someone to work alongside Yard Manager and be able to take some responsibility on her days off.

No weekend working! Sensible hours! You will ride, compete in house and locally if interested, and actively promote our business at all times.
Varied position - general yardwork including your share of mucking out but not much poo picking! Riding, beginner teaching (if interested), Pony Club etc
Accommodation Food. Heating! Wifi all included.
Training available if you do not already hold a Level 2 qualification. This is an Apprenticeship, so if you already hold a level 3 qualification unfortunately we cannot consider you.
National Minimum Apprentice Wage less live-in if required.
This position is flexible. if you do not have a level 2 or 3 qualification already, this can be obtained with us. . We would consider someone part time (30hrs) or someone full time (40hrs).5 days.
Own room within farmhouse with owner. Other staff live in. free wifi and meals
As a small yard everyone has to be able to turn their hand to everything and this is a fantastic chance to learn the Managenent of a yard and gain qualifications at the same time.
Live in accommodation provided as this is a rural area.

ABRS/BHS/Pony Club Approved yard (Established over 30yrs) with Riding Holidays, and Riding School . We are a family business with high standards, and a superb reputation locally, having won various awards over the years We have a small prodfessional team where everyone supports each other. Clubmark Accreditation We are also a thriving Pony Club Centre and our teams do compete successfully in Area 6 . We also show locally. We have 14 ponies - all registered natives - Highland and New Forest mostly, with a couple of wayward Welshes! You need to be a commmitted 'pony person' to work here. We have a rubber surfaced outdoor school 40 x 20, a SPORT ENGLAND SPONSORED showjump course and a mini cross country course. We teach towards BHS Stages and ABRS progressive Tests, and teach mostly children.
