Great opportunity to work on a small family hunting yard just 12 miles north of Lincoln with competitive salary. Experienced and reliable full-time hunt groom required capable of hunting and exercising fit hunters and turnout to a high standard. Must be flexible with a can do attitude and you will need to be confident in all aspects of stable management and capable of reliably delivering first class care and attention to our horses. This is not a position for an inexperienced/novice person. The successful candidate will be expected to take our horses cross country schooling during the summer months.
In addition, there are regular Nanny duties, including the occasional school run and babysitting duties for our 9-year-old son.
7.5t horse box licence or trailer licence essential.
This position has accommodation included. The 2 bed cottage is located just 200 metres from the yard.
We will only consider anyone with hunt groom experience. Please do not apply if you do not have any experience on a hunting yard.
