We're a passionate equestrian business with a purpose-built retail shop and a growing online presence. We're looking for a brilliant person to take the lead in our retail shop and help develop our online store — a hugely exciting role with real scope to shape our retail offering, work with leading equestrian brands and make a genuine impact on customers' experience. This role is retail-first, but you'll occasionally cover our reception desk, e.g. when a receptionist is on annual leave.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Running the shop day-to-day, matching customers with the right products
• Working with equestrian brands on stock orders and new ranges
• Developing our growing online shop
• Creating content for our website, newsletter and social media
• Spotting commercial opportunities with senior management
• Planning and hosting retail events
• Occasional reception cover (greeting visitors, phones, admin)

What We're Looking For:

• Retail or customer service experience (equestrian experience not required)
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service
• Comfortable working independently and in a team
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail
• Willing to learn — full training given, incl. fitting hats/body protectors
• Flexible, can-do attitude, happy to help on reception when needed
• Driving licence preferred

Hours: 42.5 hrs/week. Tue, Wed, Fri 8:30am–6pm; Sat & Sun 7:30am–5pm. Days off Mon & Thu (flexible for a weekend day off in school holidays).
