Mount St John are looking for a reliable, hardworking, friendly team player with good horsemanship skills to join our small team on a world class dressage training and breeding yard. Experience on a professional yard is essential.

The role includes assisting with the day to day care of our competition horses. Our horses to have a varied exercise programme, so the role will include potentially some riding and hacking, lunging, long lining, groundwork training and use of the aqua trainer on site is included for our range of young horses.

Confidence handling fit competing horses and youngsters is essential and a key part of this role. Experience of travelling with horses and grooming at large competitions to include plaiting up, trimming, bandaging, clipping etc is required. HGV license would be beneficial.

Regular training and development is available in the role.
