Looking for an experienced, motivated person with high standards and a great attitude to client service.
The position would suit someone with experience in eventing or show jumping who can groom to competition level or who wants to learn.
There are opportunities to train and compete your horse alongside our young horses at BSJA, BE and the Cotswold Cup.
The business owner is an International 5* event rider qualified coach, BHSI & BE level 3 and is a successful BE and BSJA coach.
We now focus on producing young horses and running our small private competition livery yard. The livery side of the business is crucial to the business model and needs someone who understands that dynamic.
The yard is modern, well equipped and centrally located.
The employer is flexible as to riding skills of the applicant and this may suit a candidate without a horse.
The role has evolved and the employer is open to what skills the applicant can offer. Training using external agents may be available to increase the applicants grooming or management skill sets if needed.
The package will include a salary negotiable on skill set. This is a "live in" position in a well-appointed onsite 3 bedroom flat.
