Part of our riding centre team, you’ll share our passion for horses and make sure that the highest standards of horse welfare are at heart of your working practices
Rain or shine, your friendly and engaging personality will immediately reassure our guests that they’re in safe hands. You’ll get to know and love our horses and learn how to get the best out each of them. Your skills and experience will include working with riders of differing ages and abilities ensuring their safety at all times and that they leave with lasting memories.
This role requires a full PVG Disclosure Check.
Previous riding centre experience – and a love of horses
Assistant Ride Leader qualification desirable – we’re happy to train the right person
Good Listener – we don’t make assumptions, we listen to what our guests (and our horses!) have to say – the good and the bad

Our Riding School is loved by our guests and local community alike. Each of our horses have their own unique personalities and abilities and enjoy life on our 900 acre estate – the perfect setting for endless hours of hacking, while our outdoor and indoor arenas are ideal for schooling and teaching.
