Experienced groom is required to become part of our small friendly team at Carmel Stud. Located in the scenic village of Norton St Philip, our long established stud is dedicated to excellence and breeds thoroughbred horses to race on the flat. Duties include all aspects of caring for mares, foals and yearlings, including preparing yearlings for the sales, general yard work and maintenance of the stud. Experience of working with horses is essential and experience of working with young stock would be beneficial. Full time or part time work is available on an employed or freelance basis, commencing mid July.
