Team Bragg is looking for a full time, experienced groom to join our friendly and established competition yard in somerset. this position comes available as a team member heads back home overseas.
This is a great opportunity to work with horses competing at national and international level. We have a supportive, close-knit team that takes pride in working hard and looking after one another.
The role Day to day yard duties alongside high-standard horse care. Exercising horses Grooming at National and international competitions Packing the lorry ready for competitions Preparing the horses for competitions. Plating with thread, trimming etc Working together as part of a dedicated team.
About you Previous experience in a competition yard Reliable, organised and motivated Using initiative and working as part of a team Confident in handling fit competition horses HGV licence, or willingness to train ( support available)

Team Bragg is recruiting! We have two positions available, full time competition groom and a part time groom. We are a successful Professional event yard, with the most fantastic team! Our horses range from young stock, throughout the levels to Advanced.
You must be confident and reliable, able to work with your own initiative, and have a good all round knowledge of horse care and stable management. Turn out to a high standard is required and a good level of riding ability is helpful. We are looking for someone who has a great sense of humour, good turnout skills and can work well as part of a team.
Our normal working day is 7:30 -5pm with an hrs lunch Competition and training days vary
