A fantastic opportunity to be a part of the New Zealand high performance team, based at a beautiful competition yard in Wiltshire with a lovely string of 15-20 horses to care for. Horses range from 5yrs to 5*, making for plenty of opportunity to be out and about all season.

This role will suit a real professional of the sport, someone with big goals who is comfortable leading a team of staff and managing all aspects of our operation.

Having represented New Zealand at the World Championships this year, we move forward with eyes set on LA 2028, Worlds 2030 and Brisbane 2032.

We are looking for someone who wants to join us on that journey. We might be bias but we think this is a great team to be a part of, with a network of wonderful owners supporting us.
