Are you confident in the saddle and calm on the ground? Join a forward-thinking equine spa and rehabilitation center where high-quality care meets cutting-edge conditioning. We’re seeking another full-time flat rider/groom to support our growing program.

🐴 Job Includes: • Grooming and handling elite sport horses (no stall mucking) • Basic flat riding, hand-walking, and warm-up work • Swimming horses in our therapy pool • Assisting with therapies • Helping keep the barn tidy and organized

✅ We’re Looking For: • U.S.-based candidate – must already be permitted to work in the U.S. • Strong confidence on the ground and in the saddle • Clear, kind communication and teamwork skills • Ability to stay organized and manage daily routines independently • Rider with good flatwork basics (not just exercise riding) • Rehab or sporthorse experience is a plus
