Join a high-level program working with top-tier show jumpers, a private rehab spa, and a skilled team that puts the horses first. We’re looking for the right person who’s based in the U.S. and ready to bring their skills, energy, and reliability to a full-time, long-term opportunity.

🐴 About the Role: • Grooming and show prep at home and a selected number of shows • Handling high-level jumpers • Tacking, turnout, organizing gear, feeding, therapy appointments, unpacking/packing • Keeping everything spotless: tack, grooming areas, and gear • NO mucking stalls 🙌 • Riding possible depending on experience and interest, not required.

✅ Must-Haves: • Currently in the U.S. and legally authorized to work. • Experience grooming (show experience preferred , but hardworking/fast learners considered ) • Strong work ethic, confidence, and great attention to detail • Comfortable around stallions and fit competition horses • Willing to commit to a full-time, Tuesday–Sunday schedule • Team-first attitude and positive energy
