Most of the horses being used in our program have been born here as have their mothers and grandmothers. Nearly all have been sired by cutting or reining, million dollar sires such as Wimpys Little Step, Gallo Del Cielo, SG Frozen Enterprize, Others have been sired by up and coming producing stallions such as Yellow Jersey, Starjac Vintage, & Wranglin In Chex. We do not train nor board outside horses & are also involved in an equine jobs for youth program.

Full-time: ***Non-US residents, please do not apply unless you have a US Visa already in place We are looking for a professional, responsible, punctual stable assistant/groom to work in a positive team environment. We have a well established program that caters to dressage riders and jumper riders alike. Must be motivated, willing to follow directions, and provide top level horse care to our top quality horses; also must be willing to work as a team, but be independent enough to work on their own when needed. It is imperative that all staff have a healthy relationship with students, parents, barn staff, and vendors. This individual will be an integral part of the program, and therefore it is crucial that his/her presentation be friendly and respectful with a willingness to work with others, as well as creating and fostering a kind and safe environment at all times. Daily duties include: grooming, stall chores, possible riding and showing, lunging, overall barn management, managing nutrition and medications, feeding, turnouts, grooming, clipping, blanketing, working in conjunction with the farrier, veterinarian and other barn vendors to put together the best schedule and care for each horse, ordering grain/supplements, and other tasks as requested to support the program. No stall cleaning is required. This position also requires late night requirements such as ship-ins, sick horses, early departures, and working when other staff calls out sick. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50lbs and to be active in general during an entire shift. Showing and teaching may be an option if candidate is qualified.
