Working Student Position – Ride, Learn, and Build a Strong Foundation
We are offering an excellent opportunity for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our program as Working Students. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow in all areas of horsemanship — from riding and horse care to professional barn management — while being mentored by highly experienced trainers and industry professionals.
Our program is built on education, structure, and support. We take pride in educating and guiding our students to reach the full potential of their goals, whether that means developing as a rider, stepping into a management role, or building a strong foundation for a long-term future in the horse industry.
Working Students are an important part of our team and are involved in the daily care and management of top-quality show horses, gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment.
What You Will Learn & Experience: • Opportunities to ride regularly, based on ability, progress, and work ethic • Daily handling and care of fit, competition-level horses • Grooming, tacking, cooling out, and correct horse management routines • Feeding, turnout, stall care, and essential barn responsibilities • Professional show preparation, packing, and ringside organisation • Exposure to trainers, veterinarians, farriers, and high-level horse care • The systems, structure, and standards of a well-run show barn • Real horsemanship skills that create the strongest possible foundation
If you’re passionate about horses and looking for a professional environment where you can learn, ride, and be guided toward your goals, we would love to hear from you. Our program values dedication, teamwork, and personal development — and we’re excited to support the right person on their journey.
