Riding Coach – Position Duties
Seeking a compassionate, skilled rider and coach to teach beginner and intermediate students proper horsemanship as the foundation for learning to ride.
Emphasize the importance of equine conformation, soundness, and physical and emotional well-being before riding.
Zuma’s is primarily a bitless, resistance-free riding program where horses are respected as partners, not tools. Our horses are ridden no more than once daily, and individual rider weight limits are strictly enforced.
Horse welfare always comes first.
