Seeking a reliable, responsible and detail oriented person to help at a private 10 stall facility. We are looking for dedicated, dependable barn help at a boutique, full-service retirement farm. We take great pride in our individualized care and attention to detail and are hoping to find people who share that same commitment.
We are seeking coverage for the following: AM - Monday - Thursday Cleaning stalls, cleaning and filling water buckets inside and outside, and other daily barn chores/sometime assisting with horses PM - Monday - Friday Bringing horses in, blanketing and unblanketing as needed, grooming each horse, bathing, preparing feed, feeding, medication and completing evening chores. Full day - Sunday All aspects of daily care, including breakfast, turnout, hay and water throughout the day, barn chores, turn-in, blanketing, and evening feeding. These responsibilities could be covered by one dedicated individual or split among multiple people. We can be flexible with scheduling and how the positions are divided for the right candidates. The ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable handling horses, and take pride in keeping them happy and well cared for. Experience with senior horses is a plus! Please message me with a little about yourself, your horse experience, and your availability. Willing to consider one full time person for the right candidate
