Tasks include lawn mowing, trimming, gardens, woods, leaf management in fall, snow management in winter. Live in optional for the right person. Must be able to get along well with others, nonsmoker, no drugs, no drama. Some hours helping with horses.

Being a self starter is a must! Experience with lawn and garden equipment, tractors, etc a plus. Must be able to follow directions and be able to learn our way of doing things. Not a hard job for an organized person.
