Century Mill South is seeking to immediately hire an experienced rider and trainer to work year round on this well-established and thriving New England barn’s brand new Ocala, Florida based location!
Looking for a professional with experience in bringing along young horses to the hunter/jumper/equitation rings and experienced in sales/leasing and coaching. Ample showing opportunities are available to those who are interested. Busier winters when the whole team comes down for circuit and slower summers with a handful of sale horses and Ocala based clients. Responsibilities include riding, clipping, day to day horse care as needed, and most importantly, a willingness to jump in and take care of what is needed. A team mentality and willingness to work alongside others to accomplish our goals is mosy important. Reliable and good communication a must. Great team, excellent compensation, and rare opportunities to grow as a professional.
Barn owner supports the team extensively to reach their individual personal goals. This is a full time position in Ocala, farm is just minutes from WEC.
Please contact Sara Haynes with a resume/experience/references, and videos of your riding.

Full care facility offering the best training for both the horse and rider. We love our work, and happy, well-rested horses make every lesson fun and productive. Our riders compete from the leadline through the juniors, and we have a large, fun, and welcoming group of adults doing everything from the hunter pleasure to the 4' jumpers. Showing is optional and we welcome recreational riders as well.
