We're looking for an experienced Farm & Barn Manager to help relaunch our horse boarding facility in Winder, Georgia. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of the day to day operations of a growing boarding barn while enjoying the benefits of living on-site.

Position Includes:

• Private 2-bedroom home on the property
• Competitive salary (based on experience)
• Opportunity to help build and grow the boarding program
• Potential to offer lessons and/or training for additional income

Responsibilities Include:

• Daily oversight of horse care and feeding
• Managing barn operations and facility maintenance
• Coordinating with veterinarians, farriers, and vendors
• Communicating with boarders and providing excellent customer service
• Supervising staff as needed
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming facility

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous experience managing a boarding barn or equine facility
• Strong horse care and handling knowledge
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A dependable, proactive, and positive attitude
