Our employees are long-term (3 for junior trainer, 9 for manager & 12 years for head trainer). The qualified applicant will do stable duties 4 hours/day & ride 4 hours/day, 6 day week. Applicant needs to be a competent rider with a background in either dressage, eventing or western performance (reining, etc.). S/he will learn to work horses in hand (our own Endotapping method), practice some phsyiotherapy (using our own technology the Zeno Neuropacer), start young horses for sale and breeding selection. When qualified, the applicant will be given 1 or 2 long-term projects that will stay at the farm for a future competition career. Applicant must be 20 to 35, interested in a long-term position and learning curve, must be a brave, patient and considerate rider, a team player, willing to deal with cold winters & hot summers, weekend occasional work, spring foaling in 2023. Detail oriented and capable of occasional sole charge. No drama, discretion, good manners, ability to follow directions. This is not a working farm (not fancy) with high-quality horses and an exceptional learning opportunity. One personal gelding or mare is OK. One private room is available in a shared apartment. Must have own car, no smoking or drinking, no drug of any kind, stipend possible depending on ability.
