We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and good communication skills to join our barn family.

Tasks include, but are not limited to, general animal care, grooming, turn in/turn out, administering supplements/medications (oral dosing), feed/hay/watering, cleaning run-ins/automatic waterers, stacking hay, operating tractor/mower/trimmer/gator (will train), dragging fields, cleaning tack, general minor farm maintenance and cleaning, inventory of supplies, handling animals for vet/blacksmith/etc.

Weekend/weekday and morning/afternoon shifts, as well as holiday hours. Must be dependable, have own transportation, and be able to come to work in rain, snow, or if you're having an off day. Must be physically able to lift heavy objects and stamina to be on your feet a lot.

Must have horse care experience and knowledge. Livestock experience and knowledge are a plus, but not required. We currently have 16 horses who range from young to old, barn cats, chickens, and 9 livestock pets (mini cows, sheep, mini pigs, donkey). This is not a riding job. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and speak fluent English.

32 acre farm with outdoor arenas, hacking path, and jump fields. Potential for field board for one gelding.
