We are currently looking for hardworking, experienced staff to work part-time or full-time. Our typical work day is from 6:30am-6:30pm. Morning and evening shifts are available. Ability to work weekends is a plus!
Requirements
18+ years of age and legally able to work in the U.S.
Live within 45 minutes of Finksburg, MD and have reliable transportation.
1+ year of horse experience (preferably more, but we all have to start somewhere!).
Able to work 20+ hours/week (3+ days/week).
Willing & able to perform general barn duties (e.g., feed, hay, water, grooming, leading, mucking, blanketing).
Able to lift 30 lbs and be actively on your feet throughout the day.

Full Moon Farm is a family-owned and operated equine facility, located in beautiful Carroll County, Maryland on 80+ acres, just a short drive from Baltimore and Washington, DC. Home to 50+ horses, we are an established active lesson barn focusing on eventing. We have an indoor arena (60′ x 240′) and two outdoor arenas (80′ x 160′ and 240′ x 400′). We also have two cross country courses– an enclosed Pre-Starter course and a larger course over 30+ acres of rolling terrain, featuring a water complex, bank complex, ditches, trakheners, and obstacles from Starter through Prelim level.
