Live in position to care for property and horses (between 14-20) on lovely 34-acre farm in Westminster, Maryland, including grass cutting, fence repair, snow removal and general landscaping upkeep, with morning and evening horse checks at a minimum. Also possible morning/evening fence-feeding and turn out, seasonal blanketing and fly spray, mucking stalls and run-in sheds.

Job Requirements: at least 3 years of work on horse farms, with experience in:

• Detecting changes in horse behavior, and medical condition
• Operating Farm equipment, including horse trailers, tractors, mowers, and gators
• US residency and English fluency

this is a part time to full-time position compensated by housing and fully furnished and equipped two bedroom apartment. Compensation: 15 hours work/week our trade for housing; Work above and beyond this will be compensated at $25 an hour.
