We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Stable Manager to join our team. As a Stable Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our stable operations, ensuring the well-being of our horses, safety of our operations and providing exceptional experiences to our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your love for horses with your management skills in a dynamic and rewarding setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the stables, including horse care, carriage scheduling, feeding, and exercise routines for 12 staff and 12 horses. Lead and supervise a team of stable staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations with a hand on approach ensuring professionalism in all areas, both guest facing and within stables

Minimum of 5 years of experience in equine management or related field Strong knowledge of horse care, nutrition, and health Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Proficiency in stable operations and equine-related equipment Certification in equine management or related field is preferred
