Stable Workers; Under direction of the Stable Supervisor, performs duties to effectively operate an equestrian stable, including feeding and grooming of horses, care of tack, cleaning stalls, and preparation of horses and ponies for riding lessons, lead line, and pony parties.
Requirements
Ability to perform simple maintenance tasks. Must be able to school new and young horses. Ability to adjust work schedule to include some evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required for the proper care of the horses. Ability to perform physical tasks under varying weather conditions. Ability to understand and follow oral instructions. Ability to work with the general public crucial. Must have a valid driver's license.
