We are a boutique Eventing facility with roughly 10 horses located close to Charlotte, NC. We are looking for a knowledgeable and reliable assistant for our head trainer, someone who can assist with daily barn chores and keeping track of the head trainers toddler on the days shes at the barn during work hours. This is a very flexible position that could easily accommodate another part time job or college classes.
Requirements
Must be comfortable with typical aspects of childcare involving children under 4 years old. Must be comfortable with all normal chores associated with horses who come into stalls during the day.

Hounds Creek Equestrian is a 9 stall boutique style Eventing program based in Indian Trail, NC. We provide full or half training board for horses and riders with the goal of competing in USEA events. This program has a strong emphasis on fitness, correct classical dressage basics, and continual pursuit of correct equitation so that the rider may positively influence the horses way of going from their own independent balance. HCE commonly has horses who are just going under saddle or are fresh off the track to well seasoned Eventing partners and riders who range from teens to adult amateurs.
