Licking Creek Farm in Quakertown, PA is a private, 20-horse facility with onsite dressage training program and recognized USEF dressage horse shows. We are looking for a reliable, qualified, hard-working, full-time, hands-on barn manager to join our dedicated team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in excellent horse care and maintaining a clean, well-organized farm.

Job Key Responsibilities: Overseeing barn, pastures/paddocks and riding arenas. Managing and participating in daily barn chores: stall cleaning, feeding (grain and hay) and watering (AM/PM), turning horses in and out of fields/paddocks. Dragging of all riding arenas. Monitoring and managing horse health and care in coordination with owners, boarders, trainer, vets and farriers. Assisting with prepping and organizing horseshows (on- and offsite). Communication with owners, boarders and service. Travel and riding is not part of the job.

Team & Training Environment: You’ll be joining a supportive, organized team environment with barn staff members who work together daily. Under the guidance of the owner, you’ll receive effective training, clear communication, and ongoing support to ensure confidence in your daily tasks and overall workflow.

Ideal Candidate: Reliable, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for horses and barn care. Able to work efficiently in all weather conditions. Competent horse handling experience including first aid/medical care. Works well in a team environment and takes pride in quality care. 18+ years old Compensation: Based on experience Schedule: 5.5 - 6 days per week.
