Performance Equine Veterinary Services is seeking a qualified veterinary technician/assistant to join our team in Aiken, South Carolina. Experience is preferred but not required.

Provide care in hospital setting to equine patients to include emergency/critical care, treatment plans, preparing patients for sterile procedures, managing inventory, anesthesia and assisting in surgery. Qualifications: We are looking for a certified veterinary technician, or applicants with specialized husbandry skills in lieu of education. Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively required. Must be able to work in a high paced environment. Must have excellent communication skills both orally and written. Horse handling skills are required.
