Private dressage training barn nestled in the mountains near Park City, UT is looking for a Manager to oversee chores & preparing horses for riding. We're small: 15 horses, all in full training. We value an ongoing desire to learn & a great sense of humor. For the right person, this is a pretty special spot.

Nuts & bolts: 5.5 day work week, pay DOE. It's about a 45h work week, including grooming & evening feed.

• PM feeding, moving horses back from paddocks • Minimal stall mucking, maximal barn tidying • Grooming training horses - this is most of your hours • Going to shows to support trainers • Helping with barn projects • Odds & ends: handling horses for vets & farriers

The ideal candidate is comfortable handling big horses and babies, and can manage minor first aid (wrapping, colic signs.) We are a friendly crew that prizes excellent horse care & equally good communication. Key to it all is a great attitude: flexibility and common sense are assets!
