Beverly Equestrian is seeking an experienced, reliable groom to support the daily care of horses in a structured and professional multi-client training environment. This role is focused on consistent, high-quality horse care, with responsibility for maintaining routine, cleanliness, and attention to detail across all aspects of barn operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and capable of supporting horses that require individualized or specialized care, while working collaboratively within a team-based program.

Key Responsibilities • Daily feeding, stall care, turnout, and health monitoring • Grooming, blanketing, clipping, and general horse presentation • Supporting horses with individualized or specialized care needs • Administering treatments and medications as directed • Maintaining clean, organized barn, arena, and common areas • Laundry, tack cleaning, and equipment care • Clear, prompt communication with barn management and team members Skills & Requirements • Valid Tax Identification Number and Photo Identification • Professional grooming experience required • Truck and trailer driving ability preferred • English proficiency preferred • Ability to communicate electronically (text, WhatsApp, Google Calendar) • Strong reliability, attention to detail, and respect for barn protocols • Physically able to perform daily barn duties in all weather conditions
