Responsibilities include grooming, tacking, and preparing lesson horses; coordinating horse transitions; maintaining a clean, safe, and organized barn; monitoring equine welfare; and supporting instructors. Candidates should demonstrate excellent horsemanship, horse care and tack-fitting skills, initiative, and sound judgment. Professional barn experience preferred. Therapeutic riding barn experience is welcome but not required. Enjoy exceptional facilities, a supportive team, and meaningful work with riders of all abilities.
