A full-time position has immediately become available at Rahal Ranch, Abu Dhabi, owned by international horse trainer Ali Al Ameri.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated person to join our team in a varied role combining riding, giving horse riding lessons/ activities/ camps and the day to day riding school management.

Salary & benefits:

• monthly AED 4000 + 20% commission on lessons

• private accommodation

• all meals

• use of car

• 1 day off per week

The position includes:

• Riding the horses alongside our grooms

• Managing the riding school and giving riding lessons

• Taking care off the social media and minimal administration

No stable/grooming work is required for this position. Our grooms take care of the daily stable work and horse care.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Someone who is available immediately

• A confident and capable rider

• Experienced in working with and teaching riders of different levels

• Organised, responsible and able to work independently

• Proactive, flexible and comfortable taking on different responsibilities

• Good English

• Professional and confident when dealing with clients and guests
