Are you a passionate and highly experienced Polo professional looking to lead a world-class Polo operation? We are seeking a dedicated Polo Manager to join our company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Polo Manager reports to the General Manager • Attending Daily or Weekly Meetings with the team • Administration and Management of the Polo Teams • Ensuring the safety of all Polo Team members at Club Chukkers/Instructional Chukkers/ Practices/ Tournaments/Leagues • Inform all teams, players, patrons, etc regarding the Club Policy to be respected • Adjudicating any problems that may arise amongst team members, patrons, the umpire and spectators • Acting as liaison officer between the club and the teams • Ensuring that the scoreboard, goal judges, and any other rules/regulations of the club are carried out • Ensuring the set up for each pony line is done before each game • Ensuring all welfare and safety requirements for the team are met • Preparing fixture, scoring and matches result for all tournaments • Tournaments draw to be done in advance • Organizing club and academy chukkers every week to offer clients and members a weekly polo program • Organizing polo tournaments and promoting the club to different countries targeting new clients to come • Work as a team with your own and different departments to make sure the club more success and achieve higher standards • Have good communication skills and the ability to keep calm in difficult situations • Make sure that all players/clients, are charged for membership, horse rental, etc • Respecting office working hours not only club chukkers and training • To target new clients locally • Assist with all Polo Events/Tournaments • Liaise with GM on the yearly Polo Calendar
