I am looking for a dressage rider that can assist me with my clients.
The rider must have ridden through M dressage or 3rd level.
This person would be responsible for riding 2-6 horses a day, teaching lower level dressage clients, light grooming, and helping me with my competition horses.
I am a German licensed trainer and I need this person to work directly under me and use my training techniques. This person must be a team player. I am looking for a German candidate to help me because of my German training however I would be open to other nationalities based on an interview and riding video.
I ask for a minimum 6 month commitment.
