Duties of Current Occupation
I have worked at a cafe, laundromat, as a stable hand, worked in retail in a saddlery, volunteered/ picked up poo/ looked after other people’s horses at my local pony club and looked after/ rode 2 horses full time.
Equine Work Experience
Stable hand for a riding centre for people with disabilities. Volunteering at my local pony club by working in the canteen, building jump courses, feeding other people’s horses, picking up other people’s horses manure. Doing work experience with Alycia Burton and attending her camps regularly. Owned 3 horses and have leased 3 horses and ridden a variety of different level horses for 6 years. Fed and picked up poo for 5 horses at a time. I looked after someone else’s 2 horses 24/7.
Type of Ride Work
I have manly focused on flatwork and jumping. But I have slightly done a bit of endurance and cross country. I want to learn more about eventing and start competing in eventing because I really like dressage, show jumping and cross country.
Competition Details
I have not competed a lot but it is a field I want to start doing and learning more about.
