Duties of Current Occupation
I have worked with green horses my entire life I have ridden mainly English (eq hunter jumper) I currently manage a barn of 3 horses (+goats, Guinea pigs, chickens, and ducks) I am passionate and motivated to continue my career as an equestrian.
Equine Work Experience
I fell in love with horses at my uncles farm when I started brushing the little unbroke back yard pony when I was around 6. I have been lessoning and doing barn chores ever since. I am 18 in July. I have always ridden green horses. I currently own a young Arabian x New Forest Pony mare that I started. Ever opportunity I have been given as an equestrian I have put hours and hours of work into. I have worked at private barns to show barns and would love to gain more experience and knowledge.
Specialities
Green horses, trust building, and I am very social and love talking to new people! I would love an environment that I can fufill my passion and determination to create a successful career in the equestrian community along with active socialization with clients and coworkers!
Type of Ride Work
English - flat work, hunter, jumper, eq classes, local shows, vaulting, a small amount of western riding, and lots of trails!
Competition Details
I have been to some bigger shows such as SSITS to watch and help my friends out. I have shown at local schooling shows with my green pony’s/horses and placed quite well with them in flat, hunters, and jumpers.
