Native German Secretary with 10+ years’ experience supporting management and executives in international organisations. Organised, reliable and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for horses.Qualifications
I successfully completed the Basic Horse Courses as a child and earned the corresponding riding badges. Since then, I have continued to develop my practical experience through years of riding, horse care, training and working with young horses.

Equine Work Experience
I have been working as a trainer at a pony club for two years, gaining practical experience with horses and ponies of different ages and personalities. My approach is based on patience, trust, clear communication and a respectful, force-free partnership. I believe horses learn best when they feel safe, understood and motivated to cooperate.
I regularly study Natural Horsemanship and incorporate these principles into my daily work. I am particularly interested in understanding horse behaviour, building a solid foundation and developing horses in a calm and consistent way.
I own two horses, a 6-year-old mare and her 3-year-old offspring, whom I have raised and trained myself. I am involved in their daily care, groundwork, training and development. I am always eager to learn, improve my skills and gain new perspectives from experienced horse people.
Specialities
I started riding as a child and gained my first experience with ponies and horses at Bernhard Fliegl’s horse farm. I completed several riding courses and earned riding badges. I currently own two young horses, which I am training and starting under saddle myself. I enjoy developing horses patiently and consistently and would like to further expand my riding skills and knowledge.
Type of Ride Work
After several years of riding, I had my first horse, a Brandenburg mare, whom I further trained, including in jumping. I later rescued my second mare, who was pregnant and had suffered difficult experiences. With patience, I gained her trust and taught her to accept touch, grooming and leading. I bought my current mare as a 3-year-old and started her as well asher now 3-year-old daughter under saddle.
