My name is Casey Joy Kepple, I am an 18-year-old US citizen living in Germany. I am looking for a Dressage Groom / Exercise Rider position in the US with no visa required.Qualifications
- German Riding Badge 5 (RA5) – certified A-level dressage and basic jumping skills.
- Internship at an Equine Therapy Center – focused on daily training and exercise riding.
- Experienced in riding neurologically challenged horses (specifically trained a horse with ataxia), proving a soft hand, high sensitivity, and a balanced seat. -experienced in assisting with young horses/ponies
Duties of Current Occupation
- Daily sport horse care: grooming, tacking up, lunging, clipping, and bandaging
- Complete barn management: feeding, turnout, cleaning stalls, and equipment care
- Assisting with the basic ground training, handling, and backing of younger horses
Equine Work Experience
10+ years of active riding under the classic German FN system, focusing on dressage, proper horse gymnastics, pole work, basic jumping, and assisting with young horses.
Specialities
Equine therapy support, exercising horses with balance issues (ataxia), lunging, bandaging, clipping, and high-standard sport horse care
